Dead Roads

Project Description:

Dead Roads

April 16 to 24 2016 at The Theatre Centre

Something strange is happening in small town Alberta. A Haul truck driver finds herself trapped in a dream. A butcher receives an unimaginable shipment of meat. And a bartender, who never left home, is growing wings. A magical-realist story about life on the edge of capitalism.

Dead Roads is presented as part of the RISER Project, a collaborative producing model by Why Not Theatre, with the generous support of the Toronto Arts Council and the Government of Canada.
